When my daughters were barely old enough to read, I framed a quote for them: “Do one thing every day that scares you.”
I wanted THEM to grow up fearless - with deep inner confidence and the tools to navigate life and work with courage. I wanted them to:
Take risks without hesitation
Believe in themselves fully
Speak up in class or in meetings
Celebrate their accomplishments without apology
Stand up to authority when needed
Because I wasn’t raised that way. I grew up cautious, afraid of making the wrong choices, worried about financial security, and lacking the confidence to speak up.
My inner voice kept me stuck in jobs I didn’t love, telling me life was already hard - why make it harder?
I doubted my skills, my worth, and whether I could ever have the career I wanted.
Fast forward - as my daughters have launched their careers, I made a huge leap myself. I left the corporate world to become a leadership coach because I’d seen firsthand how transformative having the right guidance can be for your career.
I now help women embrace their authentic selves, take bold action, and make decisions from a place of confidence - not fear.
