I’ve spent over 25 years in global marketing, building high-performing brand and creative teams for Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. and Europe, including GAP, Kellogg’s, Champion, Kaiser Permanente and Intel.
I’ve hired and led teams of all sizes, from 10 to 50 people, launched campaigns that reached millions, and navigated every type of boss you can imagine - the inspiring, the micromanaging, and the downright impossible to please.
I’ve been in the trenches myself - high expectations, shifting priorities, difficult personalities, the pressure to deliver - all while trying to keep my team motivated and my sanity intact.
I left my corporate job to become a leadership coach because I’ve seen too many talented women leaders work tirelessly and still feel unseen. I’ve been in those meetings where your ideas fall flat, leaving you replaying every word and wondering if your boss even notices the impact you’re making. I know the strain of constantly proving yourself, decoding mixed messages, and managing tricky team dynamics... all while questioning if you’re really cut out for the next level.
For years, I thought I had to change who I was to succeed - be more polished, more direct, less emotional, more “like them.” I tried to fit in, but nothing felt natural, and nothing felt enough. Over time, I realized the truth: what made me different was exactly what made me a powerful leader. I didn’t need a new personality - I needed frameworks, tools, and the confidence to use them effectively.
That’s exactly what I help women do: take the leadership skills they already have, pair them with actionable strategies, and step into their authority with impact and confidence.

Education & Experience
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Literature from the University of California and Universita di Padova, Italy. I completed my coaching credential at the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, affiliated with Berkeley Haas, one of the world’s top business schools.
I’ve spent over 20 years in senior-level marketing roles, leading cross-functional teams in Italy and the U.S., managing teams of all sizes, and delivering award-winning advertising campaigns.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with and led teams at major global brands, including GAP, Champion U.S.A., Intel, Kaiser Permanente, Kellogg’s, Ariat International, and AAA, building high-performing teams and driving impactful results along the way.
